I loved the hotel's location close to the beach and walking distance to the city center. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The transportation to the airport in the afternoon was convenient.

The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond during our stay. Friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable bed. Great location, just a short walk to the beach. Clean and spacious room. Impressive facilities at the lodge. Thank you for the hospitality.

We had a delightful stay at this place. The location in a residential area was perfect, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff provided exceptional service, offering car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping services. They even went above and beyond by assisting us with grocery shopping. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee making facilities. We also appreciated the cozy sitting area and in-room safe. The patio with comfortable garden furniture provided a lovely spot to unwind. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded our expectations.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Spacious Rooms and Friendly Staff the rooms were very spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. the staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location was perfect, just a short distance from the beach, restaurants, and shops.
Service Needs Improvement the service could use some improvement. the management and staff seemed uninterested and didn't give a good impression during interactions with guests.

The room was nice and clean, with services such as a pool and outdoor sitting area. The staff had good tips for local attractions. The hotel's proximity to the airport and shopping centre was also convenient.
The service lacked a smile, and staff were often not pleasant, especially when reported issues such as hairs in the bathroom and broken aircon. The website misrepresented the hotel, with non-smoking rooms having stompies, and breakfast not included despite the advertisement.
